State Meet & Proof of Performance Information
The season is upon us. The POP system is where each team must use to submit their times for ALL swimmers who qualify for the state meet. Additionally, this will be the same site you will use to complete your state meet entries at the end of the season. This site will also be the location where you submit your coaching roster for the state meet. Read the instruction link contained below on how each function works.
A huge thank you to Jim Bullington with the GHSA who essentially rewrote the system for us. Access to the POP system is restricted - users must login to the GHSA MIS website (http://app.ghsa.net) in order to access the rosters. Access codes for swimming and diving coaches will be generated each year and mailed to the school's Athletic Director. Questions? Access the POP USER GUIDE.

7-8:30 a.m. Open Warm-Up
8:30-8:50 1-4A Boys Warm-Ups
9-10:30 a.m. 1-4A Boys Prelims
10:40-11:20 a.m. 1-4A Boys Finals
11:20 a.m.-11:50 p.m. 1-4A Girls Warm-Ups
11:50-2:20 p.m. 1-4A Girls Prelims
2:30-3 p.m. 1-4A Girls Finals
3-3:45 p.m. 5-6A Warm-Ups (Boards close to boys only at 3:30 p.m.)
3:45-4:45 p.m. 5-6A Boys Prelims
4:55-5:25 p.m. 5-6A Boys Finals
5:25-5:55 p.m. 5-6A Girls Warm-Ups
5:55-6:55 p.m. 5-6A Girls Prelims

Boys dive first in the odd numbered years, girls will dive first in the even numbered years.
SWIMMING – All Swimming Events Will be Conducted at Georgia Tech
Wednesday, February 5, 2025 – 1-3A and 4A Swimming Prelims
7:30 am – 9:20 am – 1-4A Swimming Warmup
9:30 am – 1:00 pm – 1-4A Swimming Prelims
Prelims for all 1-4A schools will be conducted in two 10 lane courses. The boys events will swim in the west pool (by the main scoreboard) and the girls will swim in the east pool by the diving well).
Thursday, February 6, 2025 – 1-3A and 4A Swimming Finals
11:45 am – 1:20 pm – 1-3A and 4A Swimming Warmup
1:30 pm – 5:00 pm – 1-4A Swimming Finals
Finals for all 1-4A schools will be conducted in two 10 lane courses. The 1-3A events will swim in the west pool (by the main scoreboard) and the 4A events will swim in the east pool by the diving well.
Friday, February 7, 2025 – 5-6A Swimming Prelims
7:30 am – 9:30 am – 6A Swimming Warmup
9:30 am – 1:00 pm – 6A Swimming Prelims
4:30 pm – 6:00 pm –5A Swimming Warmup
6:00 pm – 9:30 pm –5A Swimming Prelims
Prelims will be conducted in two 10 lane courses. The boys events will swim in the west pool (by the main scoreboard) and the girls will swim in the east pool by the diving well). Finals will be swum in one 10 lane course, the east pool.
Saturday, February 8, 2025 – 5-6A Swimming Finals
8:30 am – 10:00 am – 6A Swimming Warmup
10:00 am – 1:00 pm – 6A Swimming Finals
4:30 pm – 6:00 pm –5A Swimming Warmup
6:00 pm – 9:30 pm –5A Swimming Finals
All finals events will be swum in the east pool nearest the diving well.
