The season is upon us. This is the system each team must use to sumbit their times for ALL swimmers who qualify for the state meet.  Additionally, this will be the same site you will use to complete your state meet entries at the end of the season.  This site will also be the location where you submit your coaching roster for the state meet.  Read the instruction link contained below on how each function works.

A huge thank you to Jim Bullington with the GHSA who essentially rewrote the system for us.  Access to the POP system is restricted - users must login to the GHSA MIS website (http://app.ghsa.net) in order to access the rosters.  Access codes for swimming and diving coaches will be generated each year and mailed to the school's Athletic Director.

As with all new things, this will take some getting used to, but I think you will all find the system very user friendly and useful.  Please remember a couple of important things about the process.

• All teams must submit qualifying times within 7 days of the completion of the meet those times were performed in.  Failure to do so may result in those times not being accepted.  The last possible date/time a time may be submitted for proof of performance is Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 11:00 pm.

• All teams must submit a full roster of their coaching staff to the GHSA by January 15.  This can be completed using the proof of performance system as outlined in the User Guide above.  All coaches must complete the required GHSA rules clinic and be on the GHSA authorized coaches list or be subject to a fine from the GHSA.  A list of approved coaches will be published on https://ghsaswim.swimtopia.com/ and will be mailed to teams prior to the meet.

• All qualified swimmers must be entered in the state meet.  Merely having a time in the proof of performance system does NOT enter a swimmer in the meet.  Teams must submit their final entries no later than Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 11:59 pm.  

• Check your submissions carefully once you have put them into the system.  It is much easier to solve a problem if it is caught quickly.
