State Meet & Proof of Performance Information
The season is upon us. This is the system each team must use to submit their times for ALL swimmers who qualify for the state meet. Additionally, this will be the same site you will use to complete your state meet entries at the end of the season. This site will also be the location where you submit your coaching roster for the state meet. Read the instruction link contained below on how each function works.
A huge thank you to Jim Bullington with the GHSA who essentially rewrote the system for us. Access to the POP system is restricted - users must login to the GHSA MIS website (http://app.ghsa.net) in order to access the rosters. Access codes for swimming and diving coaches will be generated each year and mailed to the school's Athletic Director. Questions? Access the POP USER GUIDE.
